These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Reaction Sync, a Chrome extension provided by Dwarka Point Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Reaction Sync, you agree to these Terms.
Reaction Sync is a Chrome browser extension that synchronises playback between a reaction video and source content across supported streaming platforms. The extension does not host, stream, or distribute any video content. Users are responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions to the platforms they use.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. By using Reaction Sync, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial begins on the date of your first sign-in and cannot be restarted or extended. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the free trial expires, continued use requires an active subscription:
Pricing is in USD. Indian users will be charged the INR equivalent at Razorpay's prevailing conversion rate. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@reactionsync.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
Reaction Sync and all associated software, trademarks, and content are the property of Dwarka Point Technologies Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Reaction Sync is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all browser configurations. Compatibility with third-party streaming platforms may change without notice due to platform updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwarka Point Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reaction Sync.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
